Cozy puzzle / Harbor rebuilding

Gull's Rest

Sunny harbors. Stacked containers.

See the game

Every ship wants one color.

Colorful shipping containers crowd the quay, and every ship that pulls in is waiting for one color. Move the cargo, load each ship and send it on its way. Every win earns stars to rebuild Gull's Rest, the last independent harbor in the Saltreach Isles, from a crumbling pier to a bustling port.

Life on the quay

Sort and ship. One crane, one tidy quay, and a puzzle that is easy to start and hard to put down.

Rebuild the harbor. Win stars to fix up Gull's Rest, one cozy corner at a time.

Free to play. Made for Android first, with iOS to follow.

Gull's Rest is in development. Screenshots are from the current build and will change before release.

Occult noir / Investigation

Anglesin the Dark

New York City, 1936.

Every answer opens a door.

Detective Arthur Ifan Vaughan follows a chain of ritual murders through a city with something buried beneath it. Review evidence, question suspects, and trace the connections between them.

A grounded police investigation gives way to occult horror. With the Mercy Flame, an old brass trench lighter, Vaughan can question the dead through the fractured minds of the living. The longer the door stays open, the greater the cost.

Inside the investigation

Evidence first. Study case material and confront suspects with what you find.

Pressure and consequence. Choose how to question each suspect as secrets, resistance, and breakthroughs change the conversation.

Illustrated noir. An Art Deco world of graphic contours, painted surfaces, amber light, and deep shadows.

Currently in prototype development. The artwork shown is concept art.

Historical / Settlement & Dynasty

Hausmacht

Power begins with a place to call your own.

A house that outlives you.

Begin below the ranks of power in a pocket of the early-1500s Holy Roman Empire. Establish a settlement, survive the seasons, and find your place among households, neighbours, and patrons.

Hausmacht brings settlement building and the lives of individual people into a larger ambition: land, standing, and a family legacy that survives its founder.

What shapes your house

A lived-in settlement. Shelter, resources, seasons, and the people who keep a place alive.

Power through relationships. Family ties, obligations, faith, and reputation shape the climb.

A generational ambition. Earn a place, hold land, and build toward an inheritance that carries your house forward.

The game is in development; these describe its design direction.

Behind the worlds

THE
STUDIO

A volcano with flowing lava and smoke behind an outrigger sailing canoe.

A name rooted in Manam.
Worlds of our own.

The studio’s name is rooted in Manam heritage, drawn from “Hansa Vulkan Insel”, the island’s old German colonial name.

Hansa Vulkan Studio is an independent game studio developing games across very different worlds, from occult noir and historical dynasties to a sunny harbor puzzle.

Our projects are in development. Their worlds, mechanics, and visual direction continue to take shape.
